Private Coaching

Private coaching sessions are both challenging and dynamic, suitable for beginners and experienced students. The emphasis is on the individual needs of the student. The focus is on breath, flexibility, strength and relaxation. The goal of the coaching session is to gain an increase in confidence and independence through awareness.

Approach

Things to know before

It is best to practice in a room that has good ventilation and a solid floor.
Wearing of loose clothing is advisable.
Eating should be restricted to at least 1,5 hours before the coaching session.
It is advisable to have your own yoga mat, but I can provide you with a loan mat for the first lesson.
